Who we are

The Malopolska School of Public Administration, Krakow University of Economics (abbreviated to MSAP)
is one of the dynamically developing educational and consultancy institutions in Poland that specialise in public issues. The School was founded in 1997 by the Senate of the Cracow University of Economics. MSAP’s activities include research and implementation, consultancy, education (postgraduate studies), and publishing. We run practice-oriented projects in collaboration with domestic and international partners with a view to improving the performance of central and local government administration units.

MSAP’s strategic areas of activity are:
