СЕРТИФІКОВАНА НАВЧАЛЬНА ПРОГРАМА – БІЛЬШЕ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ / CERTIFIED TRAINING PROGRAMME – MORE INFORMATION

Раді повідомити, що в рамках реалізації Програми DOBRE розпочинається набір слухачів серед працівників органів місцевого самоврядування, на навчальну програму “Стійкість у публічному управлінні. Підготовка до відновлення територіальних громад”. Програма буде реалізовуватися у співпраці з Малопольською школою публічної адміністрації при Краківському університеті економіки.

Ми підготували унікальну програму підвищення кваліфікації для працівників органів місцевого самоврядування, спрямовану на комплексну підтримку місцевих громад у цей неспокійний час. Програма включає 5 ECTS – вона акредитована в НАДС і її випускники отримають державний сертифікат про проходження довгострокової програми професійного розвитку. Організація програми є гнучкою – це поєднання онлайн-занять у другій половині дня та тижневого перебування в Кракові для проведення майстер-класів.

Інформація про навчальну програму:

1. Програма акредитована НАДС і завершується видачею сертифікату про проходження підвищення кваліфікації НАДС та додатково сертифікатом від Краківського економічного університету.

2. Перелік професійних компетентностей, на підвищення рівня яких спрямована програма:

• Професійні знання: основи стратегічного менеджменту, принципи стратегічного планування, механізм оцінки ризиків, методи і способи аналізу, оцінки та прийняття управлінських рішень, методи збору інформації та принципи прогнозування подій і процесів;
• Лідерство;
• Прийняття ефективних рішень;
• Комунікація та взаємодія;
• Впровадження змін.

3. Цільова група: працівники органів місцевого самоврядування з досвідом роботи не менше 1 року.

4. Організація навчання:

• Тривалість: макс. 6 місяців (150 навчальних годин)
• Форма занять: гібридна – 114 годин онлайн-занять (платформа zoom/moodle) + 36 годин очних занять у Кракові.
• Організація та розклад занять:

Когорта 1 (3 групи по 25-28 осіб): 12 березня – 31 серпня 2024 року

– Онлайн-заняття відбуватимуться щовівторка, щосереди та щочетверга з 14:00 до 17:30 у наступні дати:

5) Програма DOBRE покриває наступні витрати:

• участь у заняттях;
• трансфер за маршрутом Перемишль-Краків-Перемишль;
• проживання та харчування у Кракові під час стаціонарних занять.

Увага! Не покриваються транспортні витрати в межах України до Перемишля.

7) Набір слухачів відбуватиметься у 2 хвилі через портал НАДС:

Global Communities, the executor of the Decentralization Brings Better Results and Efficiency (DOBRE) program, expresses its sincere respect to you.

We are glad to announce that as part of the implementation of the DOBRE Program, the recruitment of trainees among employees of local self-government bodies for the training program “Sustainability in public administration. Preparation for the restoration of territorial communities” has begun. The program will be implemented in cooperation with the Malopolska School of Public Administration at the Krakow University of Economics.

We have prepared a unique training program for employees of local self-government bodies aimed at comprehensive support of local communities in this turbulent time. The program includes 5 ECTS – it is accredited by NAUCS and its graduates will receive a state certificate of completion of a long-term professional development program. The organization of the program is flexible – it is a combination of online classes in the afternoon and a week-long stay in Krakow for workshops.

Information about the educational program:

1) The program is accredited by the NAUCS and ends with the issuance of a certificate of passing the advanced training of the NAUCS and additionally a certificate from the Krakow University of Economics.

2) List of professional competencies, the level of which the program is aimed at increasing:

• Professional knowledge: basics of strategic management, principles of strategic planning, mechanism of risk assessment, methods and methods of analysis, evaluation and management decision-making, methods of gathering information and principles of forecasting events and processes;
• Leadership;
• Making effective decisions;
• Communication and interaction;
• Implementation of changes.

3) Target group: employees of local self-government bodies with work experience of at least 1 year.

4) Training organization:

• Duration: max. 6 months (150 study hours)
• Form of classes: hybrid – 114 hours of online classes (zoom/moodle platform) + 36 hours of face-to-face classes in Krakow.

5) The DOBRE program covers the following costs:

• participation in classes;
• transfer along the Przemyśl-Kraków-Przemyśl route;
• accommodation and meals in Krakow during stationary classes.

IMPORTANT! Transportation costs within Ukraine to Przemyśl are not covered.
