Малопольська школа державного управління  Краківського економічного університету є партнером Консорціуму Програми USAID DOBRE, що впроваджується Global Communities в Україні.

Малопольська школа державного управління спільно реалізує загальнопрофесійну (сертифікатну) програму «Сталий розвиток у державному управлінні. Підготовка до відновлення територіальних громад». Чому варто взяти участь у програмі:

• Професійна (сертифікатна) програма спрямована на підвищення компетентностей персоналу, безпосередньо залученого до управління місцевими громадами в Україні. У зв’язку з ситуацією, що склалася, Навчальна програма фокусується на розвитку компетенцій з управління стійкістю в різних вимірах та підготовці до відбудови громади після війни. Суть Програми полягає в обміні досвідом, розборі прикладів та пошуку унікальних, конкретних рішень. Під час очних воркшопів у Кракові учасники тренінгу зможуть розробити власні розв’язання конкретних проблемгромад, де вони працюють.

Курс Навчальної програми охоплює наступний перелік компетенцій:

• Професійні знання: основи стратегічного управління, принципи стратегічного планування, механізм оцінки ризиків, методи аналізу, оцінки та прийняття управлінських рішень, методи збору інформації та принципи прогнозування подій і процесів;
• Лідерство;
• Прийняття ефективних рішень;
• Комунікація та взаємодія;
• Впровадження змін.
• Загальнопрофесійна (сертифікатна) програма акредитована Національним агентством України з питань державної служби (НАДС);
• Організація навчання – це гнучке поєднання онлайн-занять у другій половині дня та тижневого очного семінару на базі Краківського економічного університету;
• Після успішного завершення професійної програми слухачі отримають Сертифікат про підвищення кваліфікації від Національного агентства України з питань державної служби та Сертифікат про проходження навчання від Краківського економічного університету, Польща.

Часові рамки підбору та впровадження:

Набір слухачів здійснюватиметься двічі через портал НАДС: Когорта 1 (3 групи по 25-28 осіб у кожній) з 05 по 23 лютого 2024 року; та Когорта 2 (3 групи по 25-28 осіб) з 1 по 19 квітня 2024 року.

Онлайн-тренінги для слухачів Когорти 1 триватимуть з 12 березня по 31 серпня 2024 року; та для учасників Когорти 2 – з 14 травня по 31 жовтня 2024 року.

Очні заняття для когорти 1 заплановані на 17-23 червня 2024 року, а для когорти 2 – 15-22 вересня 2024 року в Краківському економічному університеті в Польщі.

Програма USAID DOBRE покриває такі витрати: участь у заняттях; трансфер за маршрутом Перемишль-Краків-Перемишль; проживання та харчування в Кракові під час виїзних занять.

ВАЖЛИВИЙ! Транспортні витрати в межах України до Перемишля не покриваються.

The Malopolska School of Public Administration under the Krakow University of Economics is the Consortium partner of the USAID DOBRE Program, implemented by Global Communities in Ukraine.

The Malopolska School of Public Administration is jointly implementing the General Professional (Certificate) Program, “Sustainability in Public Administration. Preparation for Restoration of Territorial Communities.” The Professional Training Program is accredited at the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (the NAUCS).

Why is it worth taking part in the program:

1. The Professional (Certificate) Program is aimed at improving competences of personnel, directly engaged in management of local communities in Ukraine. Due to the current situation, the Training Program focuses on developing competences in resilience management in various dimensions and preparing for the reconstruction of the community after the war. The essence of the Program is the exchange of experiences, analysis of examples, and searching for unique, specific solutions. During in-person workshops in Krakow, the training participants will be able to develop their own solutions to specific problems of the communities, where they work.

The course of the Training Program encompasses the following list of competencies:

• Professional knowledge: the basics of strategic management, principles of strategic planning, mechanism of risk assessment, methods of analysis, evaluation and management decision-making, methods of gathering information and principles of forecasting events and processes;
• Leadership;
• Making effective decisions;
• Communication and interaction;
• Implementation of changes.

2. The General Professional (Certificate) Program is accredited by the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (the NAUCS);
3. The organization of the training is a flexible combination of online classes in the afternoon and a week-long in-person workshop on the premises of the Krakow University of Economics;
4. Upon successful completion of the Professional Program, the trainees will obtain a Certificate of Professional Development from the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service and a Certificate of Training Completion from the Krakow University of Economics, Poland.

Recruitment and implementation time framework:

The recruitment of trainees will be carried out twice through the NAUCS portal: Cohort 1 (3 groups of 25-28 people each) from February 05 to February 23, 2024; and Cohort 2 (3 groups of 25-28 people) from April 1 to April 19, 2024.

The online training sessions for Cohort 1 trainees will last from March 12 to August 31, 2024; and for Cohort 2 participants – from May 14 to October 31, 2024.

The on-site classes for Cohort 1 are scheduled for June 17-23, 2024, and for Cohort 2 – September 15-22, 2024, at the Krakow University of Economics in Poland.

The USAID DOBRE Program covers the following costs: participation in classes; transfer along the Przemyśl-Krakow-Przemyśl route; accommodation and meals in Krakow during on-site classes.

IMPORTANT! Transportation costs within Ukraine to Przemyśl are not covered.
