СЕРТИФІКОВАНА НАВЧАЛЬНА ПРОГРАМА / CERTIFIED TRAINING PROGRAMME

Глобал Комьюнітіз, виконавець Програми Децентралізація приносить кращі результати та ефективність (DOBRE) засвідчує Вам свою щиру повагу.

Запрошуємо 2-3 працівників ОМС Вашої громади, з досвідом роботи не менше 1 року, взяти участь в унікальній навчальній програмі підвищення кваліфікації “Стійкість у публічному управлінні. Підготовка до відновлення територіальних громад“, яка імплементається спільно з Малопольською школою публічної адміністрації при Краківському економічному університеті.

Дана програма має ряд переваг: 1) Програма акредитована в НАДС; 2) Організація навчання є гнучким поєднанням онлайн-занять у другій половині дня та тижневого перебування в Кракові для проведення майстер-класів; 3) Можливість отримати сертифікат про підвищення кваліфікації на порталі НАДС та сертифікат про проходження навчання від Краківського економічного університету.

Набір слухачів буде здійснюватися двічі через портал НАДС: Когорта 1 (3 групи по 25-28 осіб) з 05.02 по 23.02.2024 р. та Когорта 2 (3 групи по 25-28 осіб) з 01.04 по 19.04.2024 р.

Відповідно навчання Когорти 1 триватиме з 12 березня по 31 серпня 2024 р., а Когорти 2 – з 14 травня по 31 жовтня 2024 р. Виїзні заняття у Кракові для Когорти 1 заплановані протягом 17-23.06.2024 р., а для Когорти 2 – 15-22.09.2024 р.

Програма DOBRE покриває наступні витрати: участь у заняттях; трансфер за маршрутом Перемишль-Краків-Перемишль; проживання та харчування у Кракові під час стаціонарних занять. Увага! Не покриваються транспортні витрати в межах України до Перемишля.

Global Communities, the coordinator of the DOBRE program, invites you to participate in the certified training program “Sustainability in public administration. Preparation for the restoration of territorial communities“, which is implemented jointly with the Małopolska School of Public Administration at the Krakow University of Economics.

We invite 2-3 employees of the local government (hromada level), with at least 1 year of work experience, to participate in this unique training program.

Why is it worth taking part in the program:

1. The program is accredited by NADS;
2. The organization of training is a flexible combination of online classes in the afternoon and a week-long stay in Krakow for master classes;
3. The possibility to obtain a certificate of professional development from the NADS and a certificate of completion of training from the Krakow University of Economics

Recruitment and implementation period:
The recruitment of trainees will be carried out twice through the NADS portal: Cohort 1 (3 groups of 25-28 people each) from 02/05 to 02/23/2024 and Cohort 2 (3 groups of 25-28 people) from 04 /01 to 04/19/2024.

Accordingly, the training of Cohort 1 will last from March 12 to August 31, 2024, and Cohort 2 – from May 14 to October 31, 2024. On site classes in Krakow for Cohort 1 are scheduled for June 17-23, 2024, and for Cohort 2 – September 15-22, 2024.

The DOBRE program covers the following costs: participation in classes; transfer along the Przemyśl-Krakow-Przemyśl route; accommodation and meals in Krakow during on site classes.

IMPORTANT! Transportation costs within Ukraine to Przemyśl are not covered.
